About Me!
From the first read to the final day on set, I love finding the most inventive way to make a story feel real — and making sure every person who helped build it feels seen.
I’m a Chicago kid through and through, raised by entrepreneurs who taught me that you build the thing you imagine. My mom was raised by hippies, so creativity and a little fearlessness are in my blood. My dad is Italian American so I’m proud of my heritage and, of course, am close with my family. That’s probably where my love of storytelling started: at the dinner table, listening. It’s the same instinct I bring to every set — every project is a story worth getting right, and worth honoring the people who made it.
I studied Production Design, Art Direction, and Set Construction at Columbia College Chicago, where I cut my teeth on more student films and independent productions than I can count. I prided myself on building a community of artists and giving voice to those just starting out. I worked in our Media Production Shop for two years where I assisted in teaching a shop safety class and helped on productions that were building sets on any given day.
What I bring to a set is range: I can sit with a director, clarify the vision, and then dream up the creative solutions to realize it — and I can also pick up a drill and get it done myself. No task is too small. I lead with a big heart, I’m fiercely loyal to my crew, and I believe that great film is built by everyone in the room. I communicate directly and honestly, I stay relentlessly organized, and I’ll always go to bat for the underdog.
